Help Plz- IRS Tax refund check expired

My 2007 tax returns refund check expired.
The check was issued jointly with my wife.
My wife was in India and hence could not able to encash it.
Kindly let me know the procedure how to get the amount from IRS.

Call them and they will re-issue the check.
