Our agency has an adoption program in Ethiopia. It has come to our attention that Ethiopian children leaving with their adoptive parents for the US must have transit visas for the adopted child /children (who are carrying Ethiopian Passports) if the flight home stops in the following cities for connections.
Germany
France
England
Can you tell me if this is correct information? It seems like it is just coming to light.
