Hi All,
My I-140 application is pending approval at the CSC. RD is 06/15/1999, EB-3. The new JIT report from CSC shows the data entry date as 06/25/1999. I call the automated number and got the same response 'your application is being procesed...'. Some posters whose I-140s were file at around the same time frame have recieved their clearance.
My questions is: Should I start getting concerned about the status of my I-140, or do I need to wait a month or so before I check with CSC and talk to an IIO.
