EB2 After EB3

Hi,
I read one of your post on this forum about EB2 after EB3.

My I 140 is approved from VSC last month, I applied under EB3 Regular category with PD 02/02/1999.
I have 2 Years & 6 Moths remain out of 6 Yrs of total H1.( I am worried.....)

I just want to know as U(immihelp) mention in message board,
Can I apply again in EB2 category and reuse my PD 02/02/1999 ??

Requirement of EB2 category, I will be able to fulfil as I have BS + 6Yrs of experience prior to my current employer.

I need to know this to talk to my lawyer as he doen't know things like this & I am stuck with him becuse of company.

Yes, you can apply in EB2 again and keep your PD.

I mean Do I need to get LC approval & I140 Approval again in EB2 or Just I140 ???
How they can track my PD ??

You need to do everything again.

When you apply in EB2, attach your labor and I-140 approval copies to it.
