Question about the Oath ceremony

Hi,

I have a date on August 14th to the Oath ceremony. I was wondering if you could answer me 2 questions:

1) Can I bring my kids (2 & 5 years old) with me?

2) Can I travel outside the US right after the ceremony and be able to come back with no problem? :)
