does anybody could give me some advices, i'm really frustrated.

I filed my citizenship application on Jun 2007 and went to interview on Jan 17th, 2008 this year. I was told to wait for the decision by mail on the day of the interview and I should receive it within 60 days prior to my interview day.

But i still haven't received any respond up to this moment, I tried to call USCIS hotline THOUSAND times and also met with infopass. But nobody helped but asked me to wait. I've been keep waiting over 8 months after the interview and it is absolutely out of the processing time.

Is there anyone has similar case with me? or what else should I do besides waiting? I'm totally clueless....

I applied in July 07 and my ceremony is tomorrow, so it took me 13 months.

Nevermind I just saw you APPLIED on June 2007. That IS a long time :(

Don’t worry they didn’t forget you. It is just taking them little longer time to verify your background.
In the past, it took couple of years to few to become US citizen.

I applied for Citizenship in Aug 2007 and got my fingerprinting in Jan 2008. However it has been almost 8 months now and still no signs of Oath ceremony or interview.

Is there anybody in the INS I can call for help? The Status tracker in INS keeps saying "under processing" or something like that.

I live in the Philli area...

Thanks

Make infopass appointment and find out. Mostly it stuck at name checkpoint where USCIS has no control.
