Oath in Durham Area

Does anyone who had Citizenship Test in the first week of July in Durham office still are waiting for the Oath(notice)?

We are waiting now for 5 weeks and had not received any letter about the Oath.

we live in Cary and my wife is scheduled for interview in a week's time. no idea about the wait times, but they were kind enough to get the interview date changed for my wife.
