I applied at TSC
RD - 9/22/2000
ND - 9/27/2000

Section: Skilled Worker or Professional
Sec. 203 (b) (3) (A) (i) or (ii)
Country: Bangladesh

Ami I EB1 or 2 or 3???

In the Notice of Receipt they said that it usually takes 200 to 275 days from the date of the receipt. Does it really take that long??
When should I expect a decision from TSC?

thanks

Would you please let me know when did your lawyer sent the paper work to INS. Even the estimate timing would be helpful.
My paper work was also sent around the same time but have not received the receipt.
Thanks,

My Lawyer called me Monday, October 2nd to tell me about the receipt. I am not sure when he actually received the notice but I think Sep 29th, 2000.

Can anyone tell me if I am EB1 or 2 or 3??????

ConfusedH1,

Your I140 seems to be EB3...

Mine is EB2(India) I140.. RD Sept 18th ND Sept 20th.
My friend's EB2 I140 was sent to NSC during the same
time and damnit, got approved in 15 days.. good for him..

god this is a unbelievable place... now TSC seems to be taking 4-6 months.. we may not even be able to make advantage(if any) of the PD movement(expected) because
of the new bill because we are still stuck in I140.

god help us
