How accurate are the expected processing times given in the notice of action.
One form I saw says California processes I-140 in 30 to 60 days of receipt. This notice was issued in second week of november.
Can anyone tell me that 3- - 60 days is a reliable time frame for I-140 at CSC now? (EB-3)
