Even though the timeline indicates a 10 month process,

My brother applied for n-400 in June 2008 and his interview is on October 2008 Philly- Calloway St.
He is a delaware Resident.

:) So for all Delaware and Philly folks.......i think Philly Do is picking up the pace.
