I-140 Problem

My Attorney says that he does not have my Original
I-140.What should I do?Please Help.I need to send CP
papers ASAP

Your Employer MUST have the Copy as INS send 2 copies one to Employer and one to Lawyer, or your Lawyer is with your employer and both want to delay your CP by not giving you the copy of I-140
