I-140 Approved

My I-140 approved in EB2 from existing employer, now I got a very good offer from big company (Clinet), I am in dillema whether I can take that offer or continue with existing employer to proceed with GC.
And also my prority date is current at this time to submit the 485, if I wait for 4 months I will loose the offer from Company B, If I take the offer from Company B still I can continue my GC from existing employer? or is there any way to keep both of them in active?
Please advise.
