My BC is from Army Hospital India ...Will it work?

My Father was in the army. I was born in an army hospital.I have a birth certificate given by the military hospital.
I don't have any certificate by the municipal corporation
Will a birth certificate by the military hospital be sufficient for consular processing?
Any comments is appreciated

Also get an "no availability cert." from the municipal + get affidavits from your mother/father and relative (uncle/aunt) to be on the safer side.
