Hello, im from South America and had a baby with a us citis. He recognized the baby and now baby has american passport, etc. As his mother can i get any kind of permission, or visa, anyhting to stay in the US besides the regular turist visa?

No... not until the baby turns 21 that is... the only thing you can get would be if you marry this US Citizen father.

Yes if the child is 21 years old he would file for you.
or if you got married to Mr US citizen.
