Hi
My husband is also looking for some one who can sponsor greencard. His six year term of H1-B is going to expire on october 2003. He is currently working with Oracle corporation at Paloalto CA. We have applied for GC in oct 2001. The labour is still not approved. It is in the second stage and we are not sure how long is this going to take. So we are looking for some company which will sponsor our GC immediately.
If anyone has any information please let me know as soon as possible

I was in the same boat. Went through lot of pain before finding an employer to sponsor GC from fast moving state. Applied from Delaware - waiting for last 1 year.
I came to know abt a company, Binex Group, located in South Dakota where LC is certified in less than three months. If any of you guys want to avoid the pain I went through and get your GC done quickly contact Rachael rachael.adams@binexgroup.com

I have some of my friends got LC done from that company and already filed I-140 and I-485 simultaneously.

Hi,
I am Canadian citizen with H4,on H1-B Visa of my Wife. Now, I need to apply for TN or H1-B .We are living in New Jersey, right now. I have a Bachelor degree in Accounting without Canada /USA and 1 year college in Canada / Montreal with degree in Computer Tech.

My experience in Informatics System as Technician and Consultant is around 7-9 years. Also my Bachelor has a lot of courses in Programming and hardware architecture. I CAN'TI applied for my TN because I don't have 2 years+ post secondary... I would like to apply for a TN or H1-B visa through the company in the US that is interested in hiring me.

I am looking for a company which would be interseted to sponsor my and labor as a future employee.

I am currently working for a company which sponsors my GC application in Florida, but my company does it in a regular way for labor certificate which takes forever. I have 5 year computer working experiences and am a certified java programmer. I've been in h-1 status 3 and half a year. Right now I am looking at other ways to get GC done fast if possible. I am willing to do whatever it takes. Please help! thanks....
