Hi ,
I am working for a software company and my employer wants to apply my I-140 for GC processing by using substitute labor.( 1st stage of permanent labor certification/ETA-750 has been cleared on behalf of my fellow employee) I have question regarding the substitute labor:
1) The permanent labor certification which is cleared needs 2yrs of related experience in particular software field. I too have the same related experience more than that required but the question is ,Do I need to have that experience the date on/ before which the application.( 1st stage of permanent labor certification/ETA-750) has been filed ??or can I have that experience as such at any time irrespective of before or after filing that labor application.
