Processing time required for rebuttal response

Anyone know how much time is required for processing rebuttal response in DOL dallas for LC?
I submitted rebuttal response for LC on Aug 2002, but haven't heard from DOL yet. Is this normal delay? Should I request them for status other than going through phone message system?
Please advice.
