Address for labor certification

HI,
which address is considered for labor certification.
My resident address is Chicago,IL
The employer(Office) address is Fredonia,NY,
The address of the client site where i work is olean,NY.
IS the employers address considered or my resident address.

Address used will be of your primary Employer. If you are a employee of Firm A and contracts with Firm B it will use the address of Firm A and labor will be in that state.
