Hi - My company filed for my GC in Oct 2001. I now hear that LC is being denied by INS to all applicants and so I may not get it -- is this true ? Is there anyway i can check if mine has been rejected ?

INS has nothing to do with Labor Cert. Youy are dealing with the department of labor. There guidelines may be changing with the different economic climate.
Your lawyer may be able to check on when the LC is due to be adjudicated.

I do not think DOL give any details to beneficiary. Your company or attorney can inquire about status of your application. Has your company got any RFE?
If there is enough documentation and proper paper work, RIR is smooth sail even in today’s situation.
