I submit my Labor certification on April,2001. On Oct,2001, my attoney told me they need my prevailing wage info. So i sent them back DOL and Sate DOL forward to federal DOL on DEC. 2001. Even though my priority date is April, 16,2001, does the federal DOL process my application based on DEC.18,2001 or APril,2001?

I am in the same situation, infact our dates are so similar. I called the federal dept a few days ago and unfortunately they do not retain the state level date however the good news (if this is good news) the lady said that it should take another few months, because their record will indicate for a rir case that it actually started in april 2001. This is all i know so far, i hope it helps. I wish u well during this time, i know labor cert, is time consuming. Good luck to you

Did you get any info back on your RIR application?
I know in mass. they are processing May. 2001 application. Even though my priority date is April, 2001.I did not hear anything yet. I am not sure it is because I have resubmitted prevailing wage issue is Oct. 2001.
Also my attonery told me before that it is because the company recent lays off.
Is anyone in the same situation??
