EB2 or EB3 Help!!!

Hi all,
I'am BS degree holder with total 5 and half yrs of experience (which includes 1 and half years in present company). My company is about to start my GC and it has 3 subsidiaries. I joined subsidiary A and worked for 1 year and 2 months and then joined subsidiary B. Can i show work experience of subsidiary A (which gives me 5 + years) and come under EB2 Category.

If those are 2 different companies (different tax id etc.), you can do EB2.
