Education evaluation,Eb2 or Eb3 ?

1)I did Msc in Physics (10+2+3+2) & MCA (10+2+3+3) from
India.
Is it equavalent to US master degree?

2)I had 4 years of experience before joining my present
company.
Can I go for Eb2 category?

When you came to the US with an H1B, your employer had to conduct a Credential Evaluation on your educational credentials before submitting the H1B case. If the credential evaluation company came back showing you have the equivalent of a US Master Degree, then that is EB2. At the time your ETA 750A is filed by the employer, they will designate the degree and work experience required. You will have to have that many years experience prior to joining the company. For example, Master of Computer Applications or Equivalent with 2 years work experience may be how they file it. If your Credential Evals show a Master's and you have two years experience prior to joining the company, then in the I-140 stage you declare EB2.
