Hello,
I am in this following situation
i have OPT until october 5th and i am currently working for a non-profit organization as a postdoctoral researcher. My institution has filed for my H1B during july 1st week and on september 17th upgraded my H1B processing to premium. I am still waiting to receive the approval documents. Can i continue working after October 5th if i dont receive the documents by 5th because my H1B application is already filed but still didnt hear any decision. Can anyone please let me know about this.
