H1 Extension - Claiming Vacation Time

ImmiHelp Board,

My H1 will expire in Nov 30, 2000 (6yrs). I have taken approximately 105 days of vacation during my H1 status. Can I claim these days and extend my H1? Please share your experiences and advise.

You can claim only extensive period of time out and for that time, you should not have been paid.

If you took vacations like 2-3-4 weeks while working in company and being on company payroll, you can't claim that time for H1 extension.
