Hi,

Is there a salary limit when you apply for Green Card in Eb-2?.

My wife has a Masters from US univ, and works for a nonprofit org. Is there a salary limit to apply in EB-2 ?. Is it dependent on the state where she is employed ?.

It depends on the JOb discription on LC and also depends on state, but SESA or DOL has the printed books for minimum vages for a particular job.
