I am joining a new company. My old company did not give me any document about my LC and I140. All I have is I140 receipt number. How can I get my old PD with my new company? Please help.

You can retain PD if your !-140 was approved. Talk to the attorney of your company. When you join new company use their lawyer. If not hire one GOOD immigration lawyer. He will then folowu up with your company or their attorney. By law they will forward all the file to new attorney. They do not mess with this.
