can I use the LC with the new company?

My LC is approved at co. A and is ready to file for 140. I have another offer from co. B. in the same state.

Is it possible to use the old PD or i have to forget everything and start over if I am with co. B?

You can retain your PD only until the I-140 is cleared.

You mean, you can retain your priority date only if I-140 was cleared at co A? Please clarify?

It is better you wait until 140 is approved with Co A. Then join Co B. You will have to start the process again with Co B i.e. H1 and LC but you can retain your old PD.

If you leave co A without 140 then you loose PD.
