TN Visa Extension

Greetings,

I am a Canadian citizen holding a TN Visa. My TN Visa will expire on November 27th, 2008. I need a TN Visa Extension.

An US Immigration officer told me that I must fill an I-539 form and send my new employment letter (I have a new employer since October 6th, 2008). Is that correct?

Is my new employer must fill an I-129 form?

I don't think your employer needs to file I-129 form.
