I am planning to call my wife's parents from India in July for 2-3 months. Then in Sep I want to call my Parents for 2-3 months. This is just for regular tourist visit and no intention to stay here.
Will there be any problem with INS as I am sponsering both of them and around same time. Do they keep records as who all I am sponsering.
They will be going for visa stamping in US consulate New Delhi, India.
Both the parents have properties in India and they are working.
Please help.
