I have a question regarding the visitor visa sponsor. I am planning to invite my mother. For visitor visa support documents, I will have to send current letter of employment and salary slip.

I am on H1 and my application for I485 has been applied.
my company's name has been changed to diff name because
of some acquisition. But the taxid is the same. so I do not have to amend my H1.

My H1 has old company name. For visitor visa support documents, current letter of employment and salary slip will have my new company name.

Will the visitor visa get rejected because of this? Is there any work around for this?

I would really appreciate if anyone can reply for this.

Just to be on safe side, include the fact about name change in the employment letter. If that is not possible, have your HR (or whoever responsible for this) give you separate letter of explanation for this name change. I am sure they will have some document prepared as they have to give it to many places, not just H1 Holders/Green Card seekers.
