Please clarify ... I140 issue.

When I asked my company's attorney to amend my I140 for CP as my h1B six years limit is reaching she said Chennai, India is not processing I140 CP's, In my next conversation with her she says they initially filed for I140 CP. My question is.. How to clarify my I140 type from CSC IIO ?

Chennai is NOT processing Attorney Certified I-140 based CP. They are processing normal CP.

So if you specified CP while filing 140 or amended 140 for CP before 140 approval, you can do CP at Chennai without having to file I-824.
