I had recently sent my passport and visa documents
to Dept of State for visa revalidation. They restamped the visa on my passport.

But now my I-94 has expired, as the last stamping was with the earlier visa. Will this be a problem or I can just get a new I-94 as usual when comming back into the country (US).

Please advise.

Thanks.

Your question is not clear. Could you please rewrite it?

I had initially come on visa of company A. But after 6 months after coming here in US, I joined Company B.

But I did not stamp my new company (company B) Visa as most of the Attorneys said, that as long as the existing visa stamp on your passport is not expired, it is fine to carry on with it.

But in May 2000, I sent my passport and new visa to Department of State for re stamping my new company's visa on my passport. My I-94 was expiring in July 1st 2000as the old visa was valid till only July 2000.

On July 14th 2000, I got my passport from Department of state with the new Visa stamped on it, valid till July 2001.

Do I need to do anything as my I-94 show expiry date of July 1 2000.

Please advise.
