I have an idea to start a website.Since i am on H1 Visa here, how can i handle the money transations,against the money i will get thru the advertisements ?can i take the cheque on my name ? or what..??
how will i handle such situation ?
any pointer in this direction will be highly appreciated.

You can not accept checks. You can not work for yourself and generate income while on H1, as it would be illegal.
