Hi everyone,
I m currently in H4 visa and doing my Masters in NCSU.
My husbands visa expires on Dec 20th. completion of H1- 6 years period. He has go back to india as his gc has not been filed.
I have to change my status from H4 to F1..Please share ur experiences and give an info abt how many days would it take to change my status after i go back to india.
pls help on this...
