I've applied for an E-2 visa and it was denied on 221g.
Due to my B1 visa was unglued from my passport I needed to appliy for a B1 visa in order to enter to USA again.
My application was denied due to the denial of the E-2 and the consular officer said I've strog ties to USA and didn't want to see any documentation.
What can I do?
I have a corporation in USA and I want at least to shut it down.
