Hi there
Does anyone know what qualifies an agency or an organization to be able to generate an IAP-66 form so that an individual can be sponsored for a J-1 visa? Does the individual empowered to sign the IAP-66 (here in the US) need to have a specific designation or any such thing?
I do know that for the I-20 form for the F-1 student visa, the individual signing the form is called the International Student Advisor or some such thing.
Any information is appreciated.
Thanks
SS
