I am a citizen of India, but am eligible to apply for the green card lottery based on spouse’s country of citizenship; I have a few questions and was wondering if any one can answer these for me...

1) What to write for native country for your application?
2) On envelope do we need to underline last name?
3) On envelope do we need to underline country?

1. You write your country but also mention cross-charegeability with other country of your spouse.
2. Yes.
3. Yes. Write India cross chrgeability X country.
