From F1 status to H-1B Revalidation

I came here to USA in the month of Feb ' 2001 on H-1B Visa and it was valid till Oct ' 2003.
Then in the month of Jan ' 2002 I got my chage of visa status to F1 and I did not get visa stamp for F1.

Now I got again H-1B with new employer in the month of Oct ' 2003 and it is valid till Aug '2005

Now my question was can I send my passport to St.Louis to get my H-1B visa Revalidation / stamping.

Please Can you guide me on this.
