Visitor Visa extension

Hi,
I am planning to extend my visitor visa. I am supposed to travel in May last week. I am changing my current return ticket to November.
---My airlines company is sending me a fax of my return ticket, for now. Will that ticket be ok, to send ??
--- Regarding the financial support...a letter, telling the financial support will be fine or do I need to send the bank statement notarised??

Regarding tickets, you have to check with airline and/or travel agent.

You don't have to notarize bank statement. Only I-134 has to be notarized.
