My brother is in USA. My visitor visa got rejected 2yrs back.Now I am applying again with my parents.I can get leave sanction letter.What strong ties can I show?

Hi Priyar,

Today my parents got the visa but my visa got rejected u/s 214b.They didn't see any docs.They asked few questions like what r u doing? what is ur brother doing?what is ur date of birth etc

I am sorry. Did they atleast look at the leave sanction letter you had obtained from your employer and did you in anyway ( cover letter/ somewhere in the application) let them know that you will come back to resume your work?:o

Sorry to know that your visa got rejected. Are you planning for another attempt?

My parents and sister are going for visa at the mumbai consulate on 8th april. If you can list all the questions you were asked, it will be very useful.
