Sister studying in A'bad, wants to apply in Chennai

Hi,
My parents along with my sis are planning to visit us.

While my parents are in Karnataka, my sister is presently studying in Ahemadabad, Gujrat.

I've taken an appointment for my parents and my sister at the Chennai consulate. Will it be a problem for my sis since she's presently in Gujrat? Or can she apply at chennai as a part of the family?

If her passport is from Chennai region, then she can apply.

If not, please more details regarding where her permanent resident is, whether ration card in Karnataka has her name, how long she was staying in Karnataka. And I will guide.

Her Passport is from Bangalore. Permanent address in passport is manipal, Karnataka.

Her name is in ration card of karnataka

She had been in Karnataka from 1991 till 2003.

I want to know if only the sponsor's documents should be submitted at the document window.

What about the financial docs etc of the person travelling? where should they be submitted? Along with the sponsor's docs?

What about property original papers and personal affidavits? should the applicant keep it in hand and give it to the intervew officer only if they ask for it?

Please send me a list as to what docs to be submitted at the (first) docs window and what docs to be carried to the interview window and shown to only if asked.
