Doubt for B1/B2

Hi,
My employer in India filed for a Business Visa and I got a B1/B2 visa valid for 1 year and multiple entry and there is no annotation on the Visa. I have already made a visit thru my employer for 3 months.
Now, the question is can I use the same visa to travel as a tourist without using my employer's name ?

I just had my US B1 Visa multiple entry valid for 1 year, but it has annotation "To Guam Visiting Company A on behalf of my Company"

my question is can is still use the same visa to travel to other US destination but not on Company A on Guam?
