Hi, I applied for visitor visa to take an exam in USA. I am a doctor and this test is available only in USA. After interviewing for about 5 minutes the visa officer asked me for the exact date of the test which I did not had because the test is available round the year and can be booked on internet anytime. I had already paid the fee and has 1 year eligibility period to take the test. The Officer gave me 221(g) and asked to return when the date is confirmed. Now I have the date in my hand with the proof of it and I am applying again after 2 days.
I wish to know that have I already overcomed the immigrant presumption under section 214(b) in my last interview or not. I mean is it that after complying with 221(g) requirements, the officer still refuse me under 214(b) this time.

If he/she asked you go to after date is confirm, just do that.
It will still be determined by the officer whether to give visa or not.
