Hi Immihelp:

My dad went to VFS yesterday - to inquire if my brother could submit dropbox application on Monday -- he is turning 14 on Monday the reason being he will get his renewed passport on that day

And the guys there said yes...

I was quite surprised by what they said..is it possible to submit the drop box application on Monday - the day he is turning 14? or they were confused while answering my Dad's ques..

The requisitin on Mumbai visa services website mentions-- one should be below 14 to submit drop box application

Pls help I am confused...

As VFS is the one who is accepting/processing applications, you should go by what they are saying. No other option.
