Hello,

Please can someone answer my questions on filling I -134 form.

My parents visitor visa rejected twice . I want to send again all visa documents for them to attend for visa interview.
I have applied for I-485 and it is pending ,I got EAD but I am still on H1B . I also sponsed GC to my spouse ,I-485 is pending.

My questions are ....

1. What should I mention regarding my current status at Item No .1 (d) on form I-134 ?
write as a H1 worker ? or my EAD "A" number ? , though I am not on EAD.
2. What should I fill for Item No (9) ?
Since my parents visa got rejected twice ,I am not sure whether I should fill their details over there or not. Please suggest.
3. What should I fill for item No (10). ?
Should I give details of my spouse ,since I am sponsoring GC .Or Say NONE.

&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Thanks in advance

1. H1 worker
2. Write whatever the truth is.
3. NONE. That is for family based sponsorship and not employment based.

grmami, why did your parents' visa get rejected? did they give any reasons?
My employment status is the same - on H1, waiting for the 485 to be approved... and my folks are going to apply for the visa for the first time!
thx.

Thanks Admin .. Appreciate your suggestions.

goanindian,We do not know why my parents visa got rejected.
They had been asked 3 questions.
a) Who is in USA?
My parents said , My son.
b) How many children you have ? Where are they ?
answered, 3 sons and a daughter. One son is in US and all other are in India. And said we family ties and property ties in India.
c) How much is your monthly income?
8K + additional income from yyyyy

Then consular said your visa rejected ... reason 214(b) . They did not look at any of the documents .
Despite explaining about all ties in India .They have rejected Visa.
Still unable to figure out what could be the exact reason for the rejection .
Visa issuance is wholly on the mood of consular at the time of interview... I guess its purely luck.
My parents are totally disappointed. However I am sending documents to test our luck again !!!!
