Immigration to the US

My son was born in 2008 while we were in India.
Now we are back in India as my project got over. But we would like to go back to the US.
As my son being just less than a year old, and a US citizen, can I apply for Family immigrant visa ?

Pls advise what options are available

From your post it's unclear if he was born in India or in the US. If none of his parents a US citizen and your son was born in India than he is NOT a US citizen. He can be a citizen only if he was born in the US. If he is a citizen, he can apply for "Family immigrant visa" for his parents once he turns 21 years old.
