Hi immihelp,
Thanks for maintaining such an wonderful site and prompt replies.

I am aponsoring my in-laws and sent all the necessary documents. They are having interview on Feb 18th 2004. On the affidavit we wrote that our I-485 is pending. But yesterday my Green Card is approved as per online and my wife's case is still pending.

1. Should I need to send my in-laws my approved GC papers?
2. If I donot receive the approved documents then can I just send them the online approved message copy.
3. My wife's is still pending? What should I do about that?
4. Do I need to send new Affidavit saying my GC is approved?
5. Just ignore and don't send anything beacuse there is just 1 week before interview.

Thank You very much for all your time and answers.

1. You can. No harm in doing that.
2. Yes
3. Nothing
4. No
5. It is up to you. Does not matter much. If I were you, I would just send it anyway.

Good luck.

After they get visa, but before the come to US, consider buying visitor medical insurance for them, available for instant purchase at www.immihelp.com/insurance (http://www.insubuy.com)
