OCI or PIO for Federal Employees

Hi - I am US citizen and have been thinking of taking up PIO or OCI card. I work in federal goverment and was wondering if any one is aware which card will better choice from security clearance perspective.

I don't think it matters. OCI is just a visa and not really a citizenship of India. After you are done with OCI process, they just put a visa stamp in your passport with lifelong validity.
