Employment verification Ltr for independent consultants?

I am an independent consultant and work on contract- w2's. My project ended recently. I am planning to invite my parents to visit US. I am including recent pay stubs and W2 for last year. What should I do for employment verification letter? Thanks in advance for any info.

If you are independent consultant, who do you work for? Do you have your own company? Are you incorporated or sole propertier?

Who gives you W-2s?

If you are incorporated, your company can give employment letter.
