N-400 asks for all trips one has taken outside the US in the last 5 years. What is the standard practice of calculating days spent out of the US?
For example, if I leave the US on 16th Jan and come back on 24th Jan. How many days I have been out of the US? Should I consider the day of leaving and day of arrival as "Days out of US" or "Days in the US".
Any help will be appreciated.
